Thanks so much for checking out our new blog: welcome and hope you enjoy it :-)
There's been a huge amount going on this year so my first blog is a great opportunity to thank all the incredibly talented people we've been working with! (I'm hoping that it won't come across as another one of those Oscar's speeches.... lol)
So, in chronological order:
Firstly: The fantastic, award winning photographer Tom Gibson (www.gibsonphoto.com) who took our publicity photos back in February (2012): not only is he a brilliant photographer, he also makes you feel very comfortable in front of the camera (something that I'm not at all naturally)! He's based in his studio in Kilwinning, North Ayrshire and also photographs on location, working at weddings, fashion shows, corporate events as well as taking publicity shots (like ours). Please visit his website for more info as well as lots of stunning photos to enjoy.
Secondly a huge thanks the brilliant composer, sound engineer and videographer Michael Csanyi-Wills who did a fabulous job with our recording session in May (2012) and put together the lovely YouTube videos that we have in the videos section on our site as well as all the audio recordings. Another massive thanks to Michael's wife the lovely cellist Nunziatina Del Vecchio-Wills who also did a fantastic job with the recording session.
Another thank you goes to the St Mary's Episcopal Church in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire who kindly lent us the beautiful venue for the day. The church lent a wonderful atmosphere to the recording session and was lovely to play in.
our last thank you goes to the beautiful glossy wedding magazine the Best Scottish Weddings for a really stunning job with our advert in this month's (June, 2012) issue as well as a lovely feature: we are absolutely delighted! I can really recommend the magazine (and the website!) to anyone who's looking for inspiration and a selection of great Scottish Wedding suppliers.
That's all the thank yous for now: it's been a really exciting year so far with plenty more to come! We hope that all of you have had a good year so far as well!
